Was this reply helpful? I continually tried to add email accounts and kept getting the The Requested Operation Failed message, which prevented me from finalizing the process. Extremely frustrating. After this exercise in futility, I stumbled upon the solution by chance: Do NOT set up additional email accounts in Outlook from the Outlook program.
